PAYMENT INFORMATION
Because we do not have our online payment method completed, please read the following payment information carefully, both the instructions on "How to Order" and "Payment Methods" before you proceed with the order process.

CREDIT CARD (Manual) - MONEY ORDERS - POSTAL REMITTANCE - CHECKS - T.T. - CASH - ONLINE PAYMENT (Limited Selection)

Method 1 - Manual Credit Card Orders

1. After you have selected your gift and/or flower items, print out the Order Form.

2. Fill out the Order Form with the appropriate information.

-- Make sure you clearly and legibly print the correct code number(s) and recipient information.

-- Also, make sure that if you are ordering multiple items that your math is correct. Orders will not be shipped if incorrect payment is received.

-- When filling out your credit card information, remember to specify the card type (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), card holder's full name, expiration date, charge amount, authorization signature and date.

-- If sending flowers/gifts to more than one destination, please print out additional order forms and fill out each separately.

3. Fax us the completed Order Form with your authorization signature to either our Los Angeles or Beijing Office. The fax numbers are as follows:

4. After your order has been received, we will send you a confirmation email. Also, after the items have been received, we will send you a second confirmation email to notify you of its delivery.

Method 2 - Money Orders and International Money Orders

1. After you have selected your gift and/or flower items, print out the Order Form.

2. Fill out the Order Form with the appropriate information.

-- Make sure you clearly and legibly print the correct code number(s) and recipient information.

-- Also, make sure that if you are ordering multiple items that your math is correct. Orders will not be shipped if incorrect payment is received.

-- Since you are paying by Money Order, you can skip the credit card information section.

-- If sending flowers/gifts to more than one destination, please print out additional Order Form and fill out each separately. Payment, however, by a single Money Order is acceptable.

3. Please make all Money Orders payable to "ASM Overseas Corporation."

4. All Money Orders and their respective Order Forms are to be sent to our Los Angeles Office.

-- U.S. Orders: Please send your Money Order by Certified Mail--please do not confuse this with a certificate of mailing. Also, for US orders, it is unnecessary to purchase an international Money Order; a domestic Money Order will suffice.

-- International Orders: Please send your International Money Order by Registered Mail or its equivalent.

Method 3 - Postal Remittance (available only in China)

If you are placing your order from China and have no credit card, our Beijing Office accepts Postal Remittance. If you would like to place a Postal Remittance, please contact our Beijing Office as we will need to supply you with our account name, company address in Chinese characters, etc.

2. Fill out the Order Form with the appropriate information.

-- Make sure you clearly and legibly print the correct code number(s) and recipient information.

-- Also, make sure that if you are ordering multiple items that your math is correct. Orders will not be shipped if incorrect payment is received.

-- If sending flowers/gifts to more than one destination, please print out additional Order Form and fill out each separately. Payment, however, by a single Postal Remittance is acceptable.

3. Send us your Postal Remittance and subsequent Order Form.

4. After your order has been received, we will send you a confirmation email. Also, after the items have been received, we will send you a second confirmation email to notify you of its delivery.

Method 4 - Checks

We also accept check payments. However, please note the following:

-- Only checks drawn from US banks are accepted.

-- Please keep in mind that checks may take up to 2 weeks for clearance.

2. Fill out the Order Form with the appropriate information.

-- Make sure you clearly and legibly print the correct code number(s) and recipient information.

-- Also, make sure that if you are ordering multiple items that your math is correct. Orders will not be shipped if incorrect payment is received.

-- If sending flowers/gifts to more than one destination, please print out additional Order Form and fill out each separately. Payment, however, by a single check is acceptable.

3. Send your check and subsequent Order Form(s) to our Los Angeles Office:

Method 5 - T.T. (Telegraph Transfer or Wire)

We also accept payments by T.T. (also referred to as Telegraph Transfer or Wire Payment). However, please note that there is an addition $15.00 bank processing charge.

1. After you have selected your gift and/or flower items, print out the Order Form.

2. Fill out the Order Form with the appropriate information.

-- Make sure you clearly and legibly print the correct code number(s) and recipient information.

-- Also, make sure that if you are ordering multiple items that your math is correct. Orders will not be shipped if incorrect payment is received.

-- Also remember to include an additional $15.00 when paying by T.T. to cover bank processing fees.

-- If sending flowers/gifts to more than one destination, please print out additional Order Form and fill out each separately. Payment, however, by a single T.T. is acceptable.

Method 6 - Cash

We also accept cash payments in person. However, please note that cash payments are only accepted at our Los Angeles and Beijing Office. You are most welcome to visit our office but please make an appointment first. If you would like an appointment please email, fax or telephone us.

You can arrange payment to us through Money Gram's Agent in your area with Cash. You can also pay by your Credit Card on line at Money Gram's web site at:
